Gryphon Consulting is a world class niche IT Strategy consultancy specialising in delivering:

· The full range of IT Value Management consulting services (see our Services Portfolio) to medium and large enterprises in the UK and Europe.

· A range of IT Value Management and Business Value Training for key players in the UK IT industry.

We are based in London and Reading (see Contact Us) but also provide services to a number of customers in Europe.

Gryphon Consulting is a Right Livelihood company, and is committed to “equivalent exchange of value” i.e. we ensure that we add more value (through our services) than we consume (through our fees).

We typically provide services on a fixed deliverable, fixed fee basis rather than an open-ended time and materials basis, which provides fee predictability for our customers.

For certain select customers we are also willing to discuss options around value-based billing.
