IT Value Management Framework

The service offerings for Gryphon Consulting Ltd. are flexibly based upon the IT Value Management Framework , which is shown below. In summary, the IT Value Management Framework indicates all of the key IT competencies contained within the IT Value Chain which are required to deliver tangible, measurable value to the business.

From a sales engagement perspective the service offerings for the company are divided into three broad categories:

IT Value Management Assessment – a 3 day diagnostic assessment of the “health” of the IT Value Chain within the enterprise customer. This will deliver a high-level analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the IT organisation, and a recommendation on how to proceed in order to improve the ability of the IT function to deliver real and measurable value to the business. The recommendation will include one or more service engagements/training from the Gryphon Consulting portfolio.

IT Value Management Services (engagements) – flexible individual services, combinations of services or service portfolios offered on a fixed price, fixed deliverable basis (as opposed to time and materials). These services may have been requested directly by the customer, or may have been engaged as follow-on services from the IT Value Management Assessment.

IT Value Management Training – customised training on various aspects of the IT Value Management Framework, offered on a per diem cost basis to a maximum of 15 attendees at a time.  These training courses may have been requested directly by the customer, or may have been engaged as follow-on services from the IT Value Management Assessment.
